A delegation of the Bharatiya Postal Inspectors & Assistant Superintendents Association (BPIPASA), led by General Secretary Shri Vikram Singh, held a courtesy meeting with the Hon’ble Chief Postmaster General, Madhya Pradesh Circle, Shri Vineet Mathur Ji, on April 2, 2025.

During the interaction, the delegation raised several important issues faced by Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents across the Madhya Pradesh Circle, including:
- Delay in Sanction of TA Bills: Concerns were shared regarding the prolonged approval process for travel allowance claims, impacting officers’ routine work efficiency.
- Disparity in Road Mileage: The team discussed inconsistencies in the road mileage rates provided to Inspectors (IPs) and Assistant Superintendents (ASPs), urging for parity and fairness.
- Need for Clerical Assistance: The delegation highlighted the growing need for dedicated clerical support to Sub Divisional Heads, to ensure smooth administrative functioning and timely delivery of postal services.
Positive Engagement and Hopeful Outcomes
The Chief Postmaster General, Shri Vineet Mathur Ji, gave a patient hearing to all concerns raised by the association. The discussion concluded on a positive note, with mutual assurance towards finding practical and effective resolutions in the near future.
